Why I built this.
After two decades in recruiting, I noticed the same pattern over and over: brilliant, experienced professionals who couldn't get the phone to ring. Not because they weren't qualified — but because the way the job market works had fundamentally changed, and nobody had told them.
I watched candidates with incredible track records get filtered out by AI screening tools they didn't know existed. I watched people apply to hundreds of jobs with the same resume and wonder why they heard nothing. I watched talented professionals accept offers $20,000–$40,000 below what they could have negotiated — because nobody taught them how.
And the "solutions" available to them? Generic resume mills that spit out templates. Career coaches who offered vague encouragement but no system. Job boards designed to collect applications, not create connections.
"Qualified people being ignored, underpaid, or stuck in roles that drain them — that's unacceptable. I exist to fix that."
So I built Momentum Career Hub to fill the gap that I kept seeing from the hiring side of the table. Not another coaching practice. A career campaign system — combining the insider knowledge of a recruiter with the hands-on guidance of a coach, powered by modern marketing strategy, data, and the kind of company research that most people don't know how to do (and don't have time to learn).
My clients don't just get resumes. They get customized career campaigns — company intelligence reports, hiring leader research, tailored application kits, interview preparation built for specific companies, and negotiation coaching backed by real market data. They get a system that works, a guide who's been in the room where hiring decisions are made, and the confidence to walk into any conversation knowing they belong there.
